Maryland Health Exchange Information

Based on your selection, the best course of action will be to search for and select plans through the Maryland Health Exchange Website. Garrison Benefits can assist you through this process, and you may call with questions at any time. Additionally, we have created the following guide in the effort to help steer through the exchange portal.

Step 1. Enter the website to create an account.

Select the enroll option to create an account and begin entering in your information. Once your account has been created, log in.

 

Step 2. Select John Anderson as your Customer Assistance Worker.

a) Click the ? icon in the top right of the screen.

b) Click Select the Customer Assistance Worker Assisting You.

c) Enter John’s HIX ID, 9000068434, in the field and click Search.

d) On the following screen select Confirm.

 

Step 3. Start the application for Maryland Health Connection health coverage.

Proceed to follow the prompts and fill in your information.  Verify your work in the summary and then complete the application.
